This is very common for large webmasters. People with thousands of users and tens of thousands of unique visitors per month don't want everybody knowing their phone number and where they live. Check PokerNews.com or PokerListings.com or any large poker site - you'll either see a company name or a private whois - without even checking I can tell you that none of them have the owners name, address and phone number listed.
