op 3 oktober heb ik $240 uitgecashed op poker770. naar mijn Moneybookers.
Ze vroegen toen om `n copy van mijn ID en een rekening waar mijn adres op stond. Dit is door hun goedgekeurd.
Inmiddels zit ik al 2 weken ! op mijn geld te wachten.
Op emails naar de support, en de financial afdeling met zowel .com als .co.uk extensie mail ik al diverse malen, maar krijg geen gehoor.
Live Support chat zie ik niet in de lobby staan.
het telefoonnummer op de 770 site is `n antwoordapparaat, dat ze me zsm terugbellen....
Is er iemand hier die mij kan adviseren wat ik nu moet doen?

poker770 gelinkt met DSB denk ik.. hopen dat ze alsnog niet failliet gaan maar dan.

In de voorwaarden staat geen concreet bedrag wat gestort moet worden....
Ik heb zelf 20 gestort en poker770 gaat net boven dit bedrag zitten met hus eis dat ik minimaal 30 moet storten. (zie mail)
Ik heb het gevoel als ik nog 10 stort dat ik dan alsnog niet kan uitcashen.
Het bedrag van dat ik uitcash is meer dan beide bedragen en ik heb niets met een bonus gedaan. Dus daar kunnen ze ook niet overbeginnen.

Besides that i dont use any bonus/offer so i dont get any advantage about that. And there is not disadvantage for poker 770.
