On Tuesday, Ian J. Imrich, who once served as general counsel for Full Tilt Poker, reported that Chris Ferguson filed for a settlement with the United States Court Southern District of New York. Imrich tweeted out a link to the settlement papers, which feature the following:

Ferguson agrees to take all necessary steps to facilitate the immediate transfer of the "Ferguson Account Funds" to the U.S. Marshal Service.

Ferguson agrees to forfeit an additional $2,350,000 within 30 days, deemed the "Additional Funds."

Ferguson agrees to forfeit to the Government any remaining interest in, or claim to, dividends purportedly owed to him by Full Tilt Poker, deemed the "Full Tilt Poker Funds."

Ferguson agrees not to work for an unlicensed online gaming site in the U.S.

Ferguson admits no culpability, liability or guilt.

At the end of the document, there are signatures from Ferguson and his representatives Jonathan Harris and Julie Winters. According to Imrich, Ferguson "anticipates court approval soon" from the Hon. Judge Kimba M. Wood.

In December of 2012, fellow Full Tilt Poker owner Howard Lederer settled with the SDNY. Among his forfeitures were a 1965 Shelby Cobra roadster, $1,250,000 and several accounts in his name. Lederer, like Ferguson, admitted to no culpability, liability, or guilt.

Former Full Tilt Poker board member Rafe Furst also settled with the SDNY in November of 2012.

Lederer Settles with SDNY, Keeps Mansion and more

Sources say that Lederer and his wife hosted a Holiday party last night for approximately 150 people at the palatial mansion he managed to keep post settlement.

In addition to the above, and besides a monetary judgment of $ 42.5 million, the government had requested that Lederer’s primary residence on Hawk Ridge Drive and the guest house on Skybird Court in Las Vegas be forfeited, along with three bank accounts at Wells Fargo Bank, another property in California and various other automobiles. According to the second amended complaint more than $ 42 million of funds originating from FTP companies moved from the Lederer Consulting account at Wells Fargo to another Wells Fargo personal account in the name of Howard and Susan Lederer. None of these however were part of the final civil settlement agreement.

All funds in Lederer's account at Lloyds TSB International, Isle of Mann, and all funds traceable thereto. Lederer also agrees to immediately liquidate all funds and other assets in his remaining accounts at Lloyds, which have a total approximate U.S. dollar value of $168,000

Accounts in the name, of or belonging to, Howard Lederer at LPL Financial, including the Lederer's 401K Profit Sharing Plan & Trust accounts

All proceeds traceable to the sale of Lederer's property located at 2735 Twin Palms Circle, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89117

$30,000 representing proceeds traceable to the sale of the property at 5426 Fawn Chase Way, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89135

Lederer's property located at 309 Kingsclear Court, Las Vegas, Nevada 89145
